Marinated Mushrooms

I came upon this picture of some marinated mushrooms using Pinterest, and at the same time I was trying to figure out my sides for a dinner. Easy peasy. I didn't really have a recipes so I just kind of made it up thinking about what kind of stuff would soak nicely into some tasty coffee mushrooms.

Ted's BBQ Tip:

Did you do ant BBQ-ing this winter out in the cold? You (and me) should probably give our grills a "once-over" before the BBQ season really gets started. This entails cleaning the grills - most likely with some oven cleaner; and the manifolds - double check your manifolds for wear and tear, if not you could end up with some cold or hot spots on your grill. This is also a good time to clean out the grease trap you have probably never even looked at - God I miss my old lava rock BBQ. Have fun getting dirty!

Marinated Mushrooms
1/8 sesame seed oil
1/8 cup olive oil
Worcestershire sauce
Soya sauce (reduce sodium is best)
splash of Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
S & P
2-3 cloves Pressed garlic

Wash and cut the mushrooms in half, place in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them and let them sit as long as possible. Shake 'em up ever now and then. Skewer the mushrooms and grill over DIRECT LOW heat for a couple of minute on each side - they don't take long so do this last! Remove from heat and serve warm!
